Children who have been taken from their homes can receive care through kinship relationships. If a relative cannot provide foster care, the kid may be put in a group home or with a foster family that is not related to them. The establishment of kinship care and payment of a monthly allowance to the guardian relative to help with child-rearing expenses are both possible once legal custody has been granted. According to the agreement, kinship care facilities may need to adhere to the same clearance and certification requirements as foster family homes. Although the adoptive parent and adoption agency work together to make sure the foster child becomes a permanent member of their family, adoption does not have any legal parental rights over the child who is temporarily in their care.
