Established over 25 years ago, The Learning Consultancy is a small independent business specialising in work based learning programmes aimed largely, but not exclusively, at individuals from non-academic backgrounds . Based in West Wales, over the years we have worked with clients both here in Wales, and also across the UK, Europe and USA in all Sectors of the economy.We have specialist expertise in working with “non-traditional” entrants to the workplace – apprentices, care leavers, women returners, refugees and asylum seekers, etc. Our values are firmly entrenched in equality, inclusion and diversity.
